Elite Self Defence have been providing professional self defence training in the Leeds and surrounding area for several years.

We specialise in self defence training for all ages from three years old. All our classes are held in a friendly, fun but professional environment teaching important skills which are becoming more and more important in the world we live in today.

We are the number one personal safety, security and self defence training provider in the Leeds area and the only full time self defence training company in the area. We teach a range of skills and concepts and cater for all levels of fitness and ability.

All of our instructors are full time professionals. They do not teach as a hobby. This way you can ensure that the training you receive is the most modern and up to date training available.

We operate a full time training facility and run dozens of classes a week in the North Leeds and surrounding area. All our classes are held on a semi private basis with a maximum of six training members. This way you will learn the skills needed in the fastest possible time.
